This is a beautiful mostly high ground property with excellent timber! The timber is mostly aspen but there are a few other species mixed in as seen in photos. There's also a couple large white pines on the property as well. The seller put in a gravel driveway and gated that as well as cleared out an opening for someone to possibly build a cabin or bring in a camper etc. The seller has a shipping container out at the edge of the opening for storage. As mentioned this property is mostly high ground timber, it has nice gentle rolling terrain in a couple areas and flatter in other areas.
